Details: Expressions of interest are sought for the position of Business Operations Coordinator within the Belconnen depot. To be successful in this role you will need to have a high level of computer skills, a strong initiative, managing priorities, teamwork and excellent people skills are essential qualities.
The Business Operations Coordinator is responsible for:

Provide general administrative support to the Belconnen Depot Management Team to assist in the achievement of depot operational goals.

Assist the Depot Business Manager by: Monitoring and processing payroll and personnel documentation, overseeing all leave management matters, including timely recording of driver leave applications, undertaking regular leave audits to ensure compliance with leave management policies.

Upload IMS documentation to the relevant database systems.

Manage petty cash for workshop meal allowances.

Take minutes at various meetings and ensure accurate record-keeping.

This position does not involve direct supervision of staff.

Drivers Licence C- class is mandatory
It is desirable for the successful applicant to possess demonstrated experience and proficiency in the following skill set:
